The Cave now offers a range of over 50 wines, all made in a modern, dry style. The focus of the Cave de Turckheim is to produce elegant wines representing their terroir. -
WETTOLSHEIM
Domaine Albert Mann sits firmly in the top rank of Alsatian wine producers. The quality of wines from here is always incredibly consistent, but at the same time has been on a constant upward curve; a fact that must be in part related to the estate’s conversion to biodynamic viticulture. Brothers Jacky and Maurice Barthelme consistently produce wines of richness, concentration, and intensity, while never losing sight of terroir. ‘The brothers are very serious and very determined, and their wines grow in precision and focus with each vintage which passes.’ – ANDREW JEFFORD, GOURMET TRAVELLER

SONOMA COUNTY
Founded in 1999, Copain, meaning ‘friend’ or ‘buddy’ in French, embodies our philosophy that wine enhances life’s most joyous occasions, and is an experience best shared with friends and family. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in Mendocino County, the Anderson Valley and the Sonoma Coast, the Copain portfolio consists of three distinct collections—Tous Ensemble, Les Voisins, and the vineyard designate wines. These wines have been long inspired by France’s Rhone Valley wine region resulting in Copain’s signature style of restrained, and elegant wines. -
SONOMA COUNTY
Since its beginning in 1996, DuMOL has had a stellar lineup of wines which today includes Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay and Viognier. Partners Michael Verlander, Kerry Murphy and winemaker/partner Andy Smith tend to lead a low profile with very minimal public exposure and let their wines speak for themselves. They believe in blending but produce single-vineyard wines when the vineyard warrants. Most of the grapes are sourced from the Green Valley appellation where DuMOL also has an estate vineyard, with other grape sources in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Carneros. Contracts are long-term and grapes are paid for by the acre, insuring that yields are limited.

One does not become a “wine maker” by chance. Especially when you are like me from Normandy! For about twenty years, I discovered all the facets of the profession. Work in the vineyard in the Beaujolais crus, art of Bordeaux blending, purchase of grapes and vinification of great terroirs in Burgundy… I started creating and selling my wines in 2007, it took 12 years for me to finally feel ready to set sail, as we say back home in Normandy. RIOJA
A vineyard on an old gravel pit reproduced the natural conditions in which vines grow in La Rioja. Viña Ijalba, founded in 1991, elaborates on quality ecological wines using traditional techniques of la Rioja. The nature of our wines is based on vineyards on poor soils, limited production, recuperated varieties and the ecological techniques that we apply. In the process of elaboration we also apply natural ecological criteria, but always think of wines that are of the highest quality, unique and, above all, very individual.

Most of the vines are between 30 and 50 years old. All the vineyards are certified organic. -
