'Brilliant yellow. Spice- and mineral-accented orchard and pit fruit scents are given depth by suggestions of honey and vanilla. Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering juicy pear, nectarine and tangerine flavors sharpened by a dusty mineral nuance. Gains weight with air and finishes stony and very long, displaying a hint of floral character and subtle smokiness. This bottling was called "Saint-Pierre" through the 2014 vintage.'
