Spring Seed Cabernet Sauvignon 'Cockscomb' 2015

The colour of the Cockscomb is almost purple – it is after all a young wine. On the nose it shows bright blue fruits; violet and red currants. The palate is bright and fresh too, with red fruit and a very slight hint of varietal mint. The wine has fine tannin and a very pleasing length.
