Shaky Bridge Pinot Noir ‘Estate’ 2011

This Pinot Noir is deep purple in colour leading in to layers of bramble, thyme, blackberry, black cherry, liquorice and hints of cocoa. Spiced vanilla oak and smoky notes complete an enriching sensory experience. The wine was barrel aged for 18 months and allowed a further year to develop in bottle.
