The Pinot Noir is a blend of two vineyards, one in the Christmas Hills a cooler site and one in the heart of the Yarra Valley at Coldstream. It is made through whole berry open fermentation followed by maturation in French oak barrels for 9 months. Bursting with flavour, the wine has a youthful juiciness with a supple flavoursome palate. Cherries, raspberries rhubarb and a touch of spice all find a place. The palate has a vibrant core of fruit, is full and round with subtle tannins and generous weight.
