'Bright yellow. Pure peach on the nose. Then much more lemony and quite dry in the mouth--even a bit shocking following the nose. Saline minerality and a hint of crushed stone are joined by a faintly lactic quality. Finishes slightly tart and spiky; this wine, made from an "almost normal" crop level of 40 hectoliters per hectare, will need a bit of time to fill in.'
