'Gold-tinged yellow. Honey, chamomile and sweet spices make up the rich, penetrating nose. Lively lemon and honey flavors carry through to a lingering aftertaste. Lovely purity of fruit makes this wine a real winner; I found it much better than the somewhat heavier, lower-acid 2012. Although it is made from older vines grown in different parcels, it is effectively Albert Mann’s entry-level Riesling.'
